Concord provides emergency response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to all types of emergencies.   ACLS trained Paramedics, with portable patient side communications, deliver patient care under State approved medical protocols.  They communicate with emergency department physicians directly from the patients side.  Patients are stabilized at the scene and then transported safely to the hospital.   ALS units carry cardiac monitors, defibrillators, I.V. administration kits, advanced airway intubation kits, immobilization devices, and a comprehensive list of medications that can stabilize life threatening conditions.     

Concord is licensed to provide ALS emergency care in Wayne and Oakland Counties.
